Golden Chick

I just love the people at Golden Chick in Crowley tx. They are so friendly and always trying to hurry and get your food to you, even when they are so busy. Never had a bad experience. Naomi is so sweet and helpful, and the young man at the drive through is always so pleasant. Its nice to get good service

It would be great after spending $42 and some change to get home and find all that you ordered. $4.99 + tax for a family Mac and cheese only to get home and find no mac and cheese. Then call 9 times only to get the answering machine each time. Don't really blame "Willie" but kind of do. The order was right there in front of him yet forgot to put it in there.

We ordered on Door Dash and was missing a whole meal and family size poppers. Needless to say I was upset having to drive to the store and mess with it since I paid to have it delivered. Porsha and Kennedy helped me get it straight. They both saw the driver take out a plastic bag that had the drink, meal and poppered in it. "No problem" they said and filled the order quickly and apologized thoroughly for something that they didn't do. Thanks so much for good attitudes and great service. Mike H

I ordered here as always. Plenty of money spent here last time indeed. Associate was very rude after my food was not prepared the way I asked. When I received my bag I asked for ranch and it was given to Me. When my food was passed back inside to be cooked the correct way, no ranch was there. I asked the gentleman who brought my food out what happened to ranch and he stated sorry I will go back and get it. Meanwhile the same rude associate who took my food back came out very angry stating what’s the problem. I asked what happened to my ranch that was in the bag and she begin bad mouthing. I drove off to avoid and raising of my blood pressure. Customer needs to be addressed here and ASAP.
