Taco Bell

I live in Crowley and rarely write reviews, but I feel like the crew at this Taco Bell on Crowley road deserve some recognition. Every time I go through the drive-through, the customer service is surprisingly supper nice and pleasant. This has been the attitude many times that I have gone through. I hope that the manager will give them some recognition, because this is not typical at a fast food chain. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience tonight. I had to drive down to work at midnight today and decided to stop by and get a drink since I was nearby. The guy working was so sweet, recommended a drink since they were out of my usual choice, He made my night. I hope I see him next time I visit to properly thank him.

Extremely slow. The cashier mumbled. I ordered it "to go". When I got in the car there were no napkins, nor a fork (necessary for Mexican pizza). I went inside for napkins and a fork. Every dispenser was empty. When I asked I waited four minutes, and then I got a handful of paper towels. I will NEVER go back. This is not the exception at the Crowley location, it's the rule! They were not very busy either, by the way.

New employee "Maracella" brightened my Day.. THANK YOU 😊. Food was good. I ate inside. My previous visits have not been good..going thru drive thru,,, takes for ever.. but your new employee gives me hope for this location. I work close by and have been sad about this location but I think moving forward I will come inside... so glad I came in today.. 🙃🙂

I stopped coming to this location on but something to me to try one more time … I don’t know whom the new manager is with the pink and purple braids but she’s bomb , so nice . But MOST IMPORTANTLY I MVE NEVER GOOTEN MY FOOD THAT FAST AT THOS TACO ELL EVERR . I wanted to leave her a Tip but she was so busy making orders . I will be back definitely

I do not live here. I was visiting someone and offered to pick-up dinner. Items were missing from my window pick-up order. They either answer the phone and put it down or leave it off the hook. Food items were just thrown in bag. Some hot, some cold. Some melted to the bottom of the sack. I asked for two additional hot sauce packs at the window and they threw in about 20 (food for 3). I had been warned by another person to check my order when picking up at this Taco Bell. I had even questioned them at the window if it all was there because it did not seem like enough items. They insisted it was all there. I had ordered a good variety of items and tried to count everything, but the items were not all wrapped with the right description on the outside of the wrappers, and there was a long line behind me. I did not want to be that person who holds up the line. So after trying to identify everything in the bag, I drove off. I won't be returning to this Taco Bell.
