Wingstop

Ordered a 30 piece family pack. Wings were cooked to a crisp and dried out. They forgot a second large fry that we paid for, and the large fry we did get consisted of half fries and legit cut off tips of French fries. The fries were also way over done. One of our dips also came almost empty. A total waste of $55.

Wings are yet again super dry. This is supposed to be lemon pepper! Wings are over cooked and crispy as hell! My fries were cold even when I had to wait on my food and I order with extra seasoning and I have no seasoning on my fries. I’ll just have to drive a little further cus this location is Horrible!!

Do yourself a favor. 5 miles south is the new Wingstop in Burleson. Go there instead. We have given this location 4 or so "last chances". I cannot remember the last time we ordered here and nothing was wrong. Most recently just 2 nights ago, we ordered. We get the order home and see and taste the fries are horribly burned and none of our dressings were in the bags, I immediately drive back to the location and get new fries and get my dressings. I asked for at least a partial refund for having to come back, the counter guy said nobody there at the time could approve that but he would give me an extra ranch dressing for free......I get the replacement fries as well as the dressing (got an extra one now, YEAH!!!) Home to now cold wings, no worries we warm them up a bit in the air fryer and only half of the wings were seasoned and almost no seasoning on the new fries. Every one of us disliked it. We spent a lot of money on this and with so many options out there for dining I can safely say this was truly their last chance with me and my family. If you do try here I hope you have better results, this has been my experience, frankly 1 star is too high though.

How do you even consider this a three tender basket, lol granted, I should’ve ordered wings from wingstop but after a long day at work I just wanted to try out some regular tenders and fries and fries came out fresh but this was just rude. Had to make us drive back for another chicken basket, hopefully the place doesn’t do a “Waiting..” movie reference on our food if you catch that reference.

Have made up in my mind not to go back to this location period. The food is always cold no matter what time you pick it up. I place order online that says pickup 25 min I get there before that time wings are not ready and by the time they are the fries are cold. There are never any mature adults working at night all young crew, no professionalism. One has his hand in his head around food, another you can see underwear. I know not all locations are like this but this one will make you not go to any for fear of bad service all the way around

Negative 10 stars. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and was talking about customers loud enough to where it was heard. When I confronted her she played stupid and laughed at me when I left. Completely unprofessional and the wait time was ridiculous. I do not recommend this wingstop to ANYONE. There are better options out there. 😁

Few days ago If I can rate them a freaking ZERO i would. This is not the first bad experience with them, but my 1st review. Tried ordering online wasn"t able, then tried calling and was on hold for 12 mins 33 sec the 1st x. So i hung up and tried recalling and was placed on hold again for 10 minutes, So i decided just drive up there and walk in the place and it wasn't but 2 freaking customers. I kept telling myself on the drive up there they gone be pack and wasn't. Food is never how you ordered it always got to check your stuff because at least every other time something is missing even when you check before leaving you have to correct your order. I wish Crowley would get another one or they will get new management & team. I also keep hoping that with all the new business they are bringing to Mcpherson & Chisholm Trail one be a new wingstop BECAUSE THIS ONE!!!!!!!
