Breakfast was delicious our server was attentive prices were reasonable. We stop and have breakfast everytime we're on the way to ETSU. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I love looking around the store area you can really find some good deals. The decorated Christmas trees were beautiful. My only complaint would be get some Titans merchandise in there.
We love this place and always have a great experience and awesome food. I just wish I could get your southern fried chicken on other days besides just Sundays. Love it!!! Just can’t eat it all.
A really good Cracker Barrel, without the massive wait times (usually). Super convenient to I-40, this place is filled with Southern favorites cooked to perfection. The store in the front also has a vast selection if gifts and candy. Our server, McKenzie was amazing and we wanted for nothing the entire time.
Very clean location. Very busy at 10 a.m. but we were taken care of and Nicole made sure we didn't run out of biscuits or gravy. Staff is friendly and easy to find off of freeway.
Excellent breakfast and service. Everything was hot and delicious. Pleasant surprise, cause we haven't been to one in a while cause our food was never hot. So we just quit going to them. Stopped 3 times on our trip and every one of them was great. Keep up the good work Cracker Barrel 👏🏻 👍🏻 👌.
The staff is always friendly the portions have gotten smaller and I wouldn't recommend doing the curb service they forget to add sides to your order. This has happened twice out of four times so that's 50/50 that you'll get all your food. When you have to get out go inside to get it straightened out you might as well have just came in and sat down. So the convenience of curbside is not convenient. The last time they forgot our potatoes we called in to tell them we were in the parking lot because our order was missing food they said someone would be out 40 minutes later a girl comes out by this time everything else was cold. So definitely don't do curbside pickup go inside and order your food you'll have a friendly waitress and your food will be warm.
The Cracker Barrel is a staple of the South. I think everybody should try it at least once. The food is yummy, nice and greasy! The staff is always awesome and there's a really cute store as you enter the establishment. Bacon and eggs, pancakes, waffles, fried chicken, meatloaf, grits! YUM!
Super service at this Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was on top of things. Food was typical for Cracker Barrel. Our water for hot tea was lukewarm. That is only complaint.
Incredibly friendly waitress, it was so nice after a long day on the road! Food came out very timely, the staff was very accommodating. Less options for gluten free and vegetarians, but they do have all day breakfast that can help accommodate for this.
