Papa Johns Pizza

I really dislike leaving bad reviews on any business but sometimes it helps the owner to get a grip and manage the business into shape. Especially a place as well established as Papa John's. We stopped ordering from this location over a year ago and now on our second attempt to do business again. This particular establishment falls gravely short of accomplishing the task again. I do not want a kind soft hearted apology response to this as I will change it when the establishment has corrected its operating deficiencies. I mean seriously, hours to get a pizza? Where is management while this is happening? Absolutely frustrating. We wouldn't have ordered again however we received a coupon as a result of the last poorly done order. As a note the coupon didn't work ND that should have been enough for is to just go elsewhere but... we didn't. Now we sit here again, our mo is, unable to speak to anyone at the store and.. hungry..lol. I guess I will use a competitor shortly or the next time we want pizza.

DISGUSTING. First time ordering from this location and last time! Breadsticks were burnt and had a ton of pepper on it (aren't they supposed to be garlic parmesan)? Way too much cheese on pizza and barely any toppings. It has been over and hour and can still taste the nasty cheese. They can't cut a pizza here and way undercook it.
