Domino's Pizza

Scheduled delivery for my sons birthday party for 1:45 hoping to leave some wiggle room since we were renting a part space and had the party room from 2-2:30. By 2:15 still no pizza; my husband tried to call but was out on hold for 10 min before deciding to hang up and drive to the store himself (which was 5 minutes from the party place). While he was gone pizza finally arrived around 2:25- the driver made no acknowledgement for being late. When I told him that the order was very late he just said they only had one driver and left. Last time I will ever tip in advance! I understand places are short staffed but then they should not be accepting orders for scheduled delivery.

I understand if your backed up, but don't lie to the customers. I ordered ahead and went in and they said it was just going in the oven. So I wait half an hour as they make excuses. Turns out they didn't even start my order. When i finally got it, it was the wrong type of pizza with no topings. They then finally gave me an order that was close- but was clearly a medium and they claimed it was a large. (Even though it was much smaller than the large cheese pizza they tried to give me) This dominos is just disrespectful.

The first time I have had a problem with this Dominoes, but they are usually good. They really skipped on the toppings. I even had some slices with nothing on them for a 2 topping pizza. I would rather pay a dollar more to make sure the toppings sufficient, if they are trying to cut back due to inflation. We get it, prices have gone up. Raise your prices, don't drop your quality!

Worst customer service ever the employees don’t great you when you walk in!!! The pizza looks thrown together with less cheese. To be honest I told them that’s ok after I looked at my pizza an I left it there an went to a real pizza shop called MOH pizza it’s in Bowie on mt. Oak rd, THE BEST PIZZA when you ask for extra cheese it’s extra cheese on the pizza!!! Domino’s it’s we’re it should be at smh never again will I come to this domino’s!!
