Figaro's Pizza

Called because they forgot some items with my order spoke to the owner on the phone he offered to credit me 5 dollars for messing up a 40 dollar order had no dipping sauces for my breadsticks. Told him I was told 25 min for my order and it almost took an hour to get. Owners response was "well I didn't have anyone else complain about the wait." Asked for a 15 dollar credit was told he will not do that will not be going back and would suggest somewhere else in town for pizza.

The food is good. But not as good as it should be for the cost. Its not crazy expensive, but it's up there. And they really Get you on extras. If you want chips and a drink with your $9 sandwich it's going to be about $5 extra. The staff is usually rude and they don't clean the tables or empty the trash. You can hear them arguing from the kitchen and they obviously don't want to be there and they don't want customers there either. But the food is good. No brown lettuce or stale bread.

We tried to dine in but the dining room was closed so we ate outside at a table in front of the building. The pizza was just ok. The sauce was too sweet and it wasn't cooked long enough for my liking. The cheese was melted but not browned at all so it was kind of slimy. I wouldn't eat there again unless it was at the Cousins Subs in the same building.

My friends and I had a little trouble finding the drive through. We were planning to go to Richard’s in Dunbar for their All-You-Can-Drink Busch NA deal, but life had a different plan. Our stomachs growled, so after the wrong way around back, we found the drive through expecting to get some quality sandwiches. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw that Figaro’s had partnered to provide pizza service. After we ordered, we realized that the pizza might take a while. So we put the car in reverse, pulled back in, and the kind gentleman explained that it wouldn’t take too long. As I munched on my cheese curds, the hurt of passing Richard’s stung a little less. But my dad still didn’t take me to Quincy Mine.

This place is wonderful. We stopped in last night ten minutes to close and the girls working not only made our food but let us sit in the dining room and eat. Honestly, they all deserve raises! The food here is always great. We have ordered pizzas and subs and have never been disappointed. The coffee and lattes are always top notch. We make a point to stop every time we pass through Crivitz. The kids know the place by name and if it happens to be closed when we are driving through the truck erupts with disappointment. Thank you again!

So disapointed when I got home with my pizza. There must have been no more than a tablespoon of cheese. I kid you not. My wife and I searched the whole pizza for cheese and found a few tiny bits. You can see the sauce everywhere and that was thin. It was basically crust with a lightly painted coat of sauce, onion and mushroom sparingly, and maybe12 little pieces of sausage. For almost$17. You czn imagine my dissapointment. A $6. Tombstone would have been a real pizza compared to this. Never go back to figaros.
