Hello, Enrique, Samantha and the team are professional, kind and give the best customer service on the southside. I wouldn't go any where else when you want good food, good service and people who care about their customers. People don't care how much you know until you show how much you care! I wish I could give this no stars at all! Went to Crestwood location and the young lady who was hardly like running the drive through was RUDE to say the least. After feeling like we argued to get our order in, we finally got through it. IF YIU READ THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS there are complaints about the girl in the drive through CLEARLY!!! After we get our food we get home and not only is the pop with no ice flat but also, my friend finds a huge pieces of plastic cooked in with her chow mein. I called and the “person” in charge said they were sorry and to come get another one. I was home and settled and do not want another one. Somehow this person guesses that the plastic Was in the chow mein as if this is a very normal reoccurrence. After I told him I don’t want to come back they just said come back anytime with your receipt and we will give you free food they didn’t take my name phone number or nothing. This place is obviously ran by kids super dirty and unsanitary I will never be back!!!!
