this place is PHENOMENAL!! absolutely a treat for our vacation. portions were generous, great range of flavor options, ice cream was so fresh and the shop smelled amazing like sugary sweetness all in the air. staff were so warm and kind. I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely amazing establishment! They always have top notch customer. Not to mention that the kids always love their ice cream assortments and especially the rolled ice cream. I personally love the boba teas! They are some of the best that I have ever had! If you are in north crestview give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick poke bowl. I liked that they had set up check lists to build the bowls. My wife has a Gluten allergy and the manager took the time to look at the original packaging for the sauces to make sure she could enjoy her meal without contamination.
We weren't going to get any ice cream, but the manager offered to let us try a kids scoop of the orange pineapple ice cream we had chatted about.

Yummmm!!! We are in from out of town and I was craving rolled ice cream, this place did not disappoint!! Super friendly staff, large menu, clean place!! They also serve poke bowls and have Hershey’s ice cream!

Our first time ever experiencing poke & rolled ice cream and it was fresh & delicious (and filling)! Super friendly & very helpful service in a bright, clean setting. We will be back every time we visit Crestview!

The service was great, as our orders were taken and the staff made great recommendations for us. My son was so excited to get rolled ice cream and enjoyed watching it be made. We got our treats in heavy duty to go containers that enabled us to freeze what we didn't enjoy in the moment. I will definitely be back!

Went there as a quick stop on the way home.
This little spot doesn't have that many tables and was quite busy when I walked in.
Noise levels were high with families. I ordered a smoothie to go and it was a reasonable time to wait.
Have to give them credit for the cute take out smoothie cups for Valentines day. Taste was what I expected, mango flavor on point.

Very busy as we arrived... and stayed that way. Polite staff and smiling. Not enough time for them to really get to the tables for a quick wipe, but sometimes folks leave a mess when they shouldn't. It's coffee and icecream people: Be courteous to the next guest. Wish there was more seating... it's a nice break during the afternoon. Icecream and tea and coffee were good. I'm sure it's only going to improve as the staff grows in experience. Thanks for the treat after a movie. We'll be back. Oh... and for those looking for a nice "quiet" icecream and coffee shop... you'll figure out it can be loud if all the staff are working on rolled icecream. Enjoy the delicious noise. I'm smiling as I enjoy my smores and coffee.

Ice cream is on point. Many flavor combos to choose from. Would be 5 stars but the coffee (small black) tasted burnt. Required much doctoring. Otherwise, this place is fantastic.
