Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The smoothie was fire and so was my food. The only problem was...was that there wasn't enough staff. There was only 2 polite young ladies working and with it getting as busy as it was with the drive thru, call-in orders and the front...I think there should have been more staff on duty. I'm sorry that was supposed to be a 4 star not 2 star rating.

My favorite place to eat in Crestview! The food is lean, tasty, fast and best of all, doesn't make you feel bloated afterward. I am eating healthier and going back to the gym so if you too are looking for a heathier option, definitely stop here for lunch and buy a hearty smoothie for dinner! Be aware, they are closing @7PM now!

Update: After going back for the first time today I really am super impressed by the overhaul they did regarding employees. I have absolutely nothing bad to say and my muscle blaster finally tastes the way it should!!! I really am not the one to post nasty reviews, but this location is absolutely horrendous. After ordering a pick up order, I expected some sort of customer service to meeting somewhere outside since they are remodeling. I even told them I can wait by any of the doors with a mask, whatever necessary. Nothing. I sat in line for 45 minutes, just for you to hand me an order. The lady on the phone was absolutely terrible telling me just wait in line and there was nothing she could do. It doesn’t take 45 frickin minutes to make a smoothie and a wrap even for the four cars who were in front of me in the drive thru. Thanks for the cold food and watered down smoothies!

Wonderful food. I am vegan and I don't eat night shade foods and they have just about anything on their menu that can be made vegan and night shade free and they even have a vegan chicken substitute for any sandwich you order. Love this place. I don't eat out much at all because of how I need to eat. This place gets a 5 star from me and my husband. Service is friendly and cares.

My go to place for vegetarian fast food! Every item on the menu is available with the vegan chicken substitute, customizable orders, and service is generally fast and on point. If you come early morning occasionally the order will have a mild cleaning supply smell... probably from staff cleaning the counters and placing the wrappers on the clean counters before they're completely dry, but at least they're cleaning! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and my food is always delicious!

Ordered online and picked up my order yesterday around 7 and the girl serving me and my sister with a brown ponytail and glasses was rude and short. Didn't seem to care and I had to repeat that I was in to pick up an order a few times. Just me, my sister and one other there. Although we did go back the next day around 1 and the worker there was very nice and wrote cute things on our cups telling us to have a nice day. So maybe just that one worker. The drinks and wraps tasted good and it was quick. But only 4 stars due to that girl.
