Mcdonald's

Hi this is Sharon brown I just left McDonald's on James e Lee in Crestview I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large and the burger was raw. Please don't eat there they will serve raw food and get mad about it when you ask for a refund of your order. I gave them a 0 star for bad food and customer service please don't eat there no lie

It was horrible not only did I get sick unsure if that's why but I had nothing other than a big Mac and within cple hrs was sick all weekend puking and well... Drive thru was awful customer service has to separate orders and boy you woulda have thought I ask them to to build a rocket ship ordered using app for one had code ready however that was a nightmare one spicy chicken sandwich was all then it was Friday fry day right well not there at west hwy 90 on top of the workers hollering about curbside being closed across parking lot in my ear 3* over before slamming window in my face while waiting for the sandwich they couldnt seem to get out to me with or without drive thru code

This was the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s. The employee at the window and taking our order was very nice. Waited a few minutes for a mchicken and small fries. Everything was very warm and tasted the same as every other McDonald’s. I did try the new strawberry shortcake McFlurry which I really liked. Will definitely have it again! Only complaint is they forgot my sweet and sour sauce! Updated review: I went again and this time got a Big Mac. There was too much sauce so it made me sandwich taste odd. The McFlurry was very well mixed and the employees at the front were very friendly. It didn’t take long to get the food and everything was still really warm when we got it. The inside of the store is a bit dirty (as can be seen in the third photo). Things that people left on the ground and such. They have a play area for the kids and the tables over there light up which is pretty cool.

Stopped in for lunch. It was busy but my order didn't take long. The staff were friendly and working well. I ordered the #3, double 1/4 lb meal. Fries were cooked and salted well. The burger was cooked and seasoned well on a warmed bun. The store was mostly clean, including the bathrooms. Not much of an atmosphere, but it's a fast food restaurant, so not bad.

This McDonald's is the original one in Crestview. Yeah, the building has been redone many times but it's a classic restaurant. I've ate many fries, burgers and cokes here. Went a few weeks ago and was presently surprised at the children's play area. Miss the old playground but this is much better. Thank y'all.

Absolutely zero service. Refused to take our order, we had to used the kiosk. The first didn't work at all,, moved to the next.Couldn't find item's, ask clerk for help she said just shrugged, said she didn't know and we would have to ask a manager. 10 minutes later, we determined no one was coming. Completed our order. 25 minutes later, still didn't have our food, or see a manager. But the people who came in and ordered after us had theirs. My husband had to go ask for our food. Ask for a manager again, never happened. The fries were barely warm and so much salt they were unpalatable. The fish filet was barely warm. The burgers were not even close to warm.The 7 employees milling around didn't care. One behind the counter made a rude comment. Absolutely zero service, and food doesn't rate a single star. On top of it, the dining room was freezing. After more than 50 years of going to McDonalds, my family is done, we will never set foot in a McDonalds again. And be sure we will share with everyone I know, starting with Facebook and over 1000 friends and family.

I am in love with the spicy chicken sandwich here. The only drawback is occasionally they really scimp on the spicy cheese that defines the sandwich. If product consistency was better yes I would be giving McDonald's a five star review. I always use the drive through so atmosphere is really n/a for me. The playground is being refurbished and is closed right now.
