We had such a great experience here! We always try to sit at the sushi bar. Derek was AWESOME! He made a couple custom rolls for us, taught us about rolling and was just great to hang out with for a meal. Will absolutely be back someday! Oh and they have drink specials each day.

Bamboo's is located in the Big Lots shopping plaza next to Enterprize Car rentals. The were previously closer to the Rent a center until they moved to the old Beef O'Brady's. First time visitors but will definitely be back. Mr. Dennis help us out with the menu and was super helpful (my wife doesn't eat raw) with his knowledge of the menu and ingredients. Best....sushi....EVER!!! Keep up the great work and we will see you soon. 👍
The food was great and pretty close to authentic Japanese cuisine. My only real complaint is there is a very large window in the front of the building facing west that has NO way to block sunlight. So during my whole meal I was completely blinded by the afternoon sun.
Overall spectacular experience. The rolls were absolutely beautiful and delicious. The Volcano roll was my favorite, and it was so good I forgot to get a picture. Price was competitive with most places; nothing was unreasonable.
There was a short wait. Met up with a friend for a drink and dinner. Staff was super friendly and food was made to order. Sushi was out fast and made in front of us. TNT rolls were great. The wait for the hibachi food was worth the wait. Prices are fare.
