Subway

Last time I came here, it was a good experience. This time, I'm sad to say was the exact opposite. I decided to get guacamole on the sandwich this time, and the girl was sloppy with it, so it flung onto a piece of cheese. This cheese was not the one I chose, so instead of throwing away the cheese, the employee beside her picked it up and put it on my sandwich. When we were done ordering, they gave me and my friend 2 napkins each. I'm not sure if this is a new thing they are forced to do, but they put the cookies we got for later in the basket next to the sandwich. While eating, I witnessed an employee wipe a table with a rag, drop it on the ground, and wipe the table again. That seems pretty unsanitary to me.

I order three sandwiches which the ladies who did make them were fast and did a good job, however when I got home in Sharpsburg to eat my sandwich which had cucumber on them I found a mans hair on them. I call the store and asked for the manager and the lady said she wasn’t in and told me that I could bring my sandwich back in and they remake it . Umm not really great customer service especially since I live 30 miles away .. I told her I would just talk to the manager and I will .
