Taco John's

Everything was fine, we always enjoy our visits. The only reason it's a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I always order my meal with no lettuce. I'm not allergic or anything, I just don't like lettuce. To their credit the lady who made my tacos came out before I had even unwrapped the taco to discover they had put lettuce on it. But she brought me one taco without lettuce when I had ordered 2. She said "I messed up and put lettuce on the tacos, so here's one without. You get three tacos." OK, that was great, but 2 of them still had lettuce on them and it's nearly impossible to take off. I know I should have mentioned it, but didn't. I removed most the lettuce from one of the tacos, but as I struggled with the third taco my husband just went and bought me a different one and ate the one that still had lettuce himself.

Terrible service. My friends and I all got sick, come to find out they don’t temp there food to the right temps. The store manager should be fired for being so rude. This place is disgusting and there is always hair in the food. The only reason I’m even giving it a star in the first place is because of this girl by the name of dravin or something along those lines. She was talking to us why we had to sit and wait 20 damn minutes for our food. The food was wrong and it was gross. So thank you dravin for being the only employee to give out good customer service.

Their sign says 10 for 10 however the manager was quite rude and said no that's only for hard shell tacos and not the soft shelled those are 10 for $12. Like I said I assume it was the manager was very rude when I place my order any said that I couldn't get the 10 for 10 that it would be $12 I repeated myself the $12 was fine however the sign did not specify I even took a picture of the side and it only says 10 for 10 after 5!

Had to wait 15 minutes at the drive through window for our food. No eye contact, no I'll be right with you, unreal. I told my husband to just go on home be he was hungry so we waited for our food. Food was so,so. Hint tell them to go easy on the lettus. Thought I had ordered a taco salad instead of a reg taco. Very poor service.
