We ordered for takeout. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering the establishment. The food was nicely packed and all ready to go. We enjoyed our meal of fish tacos (softshell), Connecticut and Maine lobster rolls, kids fried shrimp platter, and truffle lobster mac and cheese.
Had a fried clam appetizer which was excellent, huge portion and light batter. Had a double lobster roll, Maine style, the lobster was kinda chewy and not very sweet. But the big problem was the hard bun it was on, toasted and crispy, took away from the lobster. My wife had a single and the roll was much better. There are better lobster rolls to be had
Literally the best calamari we’ve ever had!! The rest of the food was incredible as well. Very fresh, excellent flavor, and amazing light breading. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and the delivery was fast. Thank you so much!!!
This was a shot in the dark. I always saw Jack’s lobster shack from across the street and I noticed it was always packed! I went and tried it and omg it was fantastic!! The food was so good, incredibly fresh, they literally pick lobsters out from their lobster homes in the restaurant. We waited awhile for our food and the waiter, Brian, brought out complimentary chips while we wait! Brian was so attentive and polite. I’ve been here about 3x in the last few weeks I enjoyed it so much. The prices aren’t bad either especially for someone who loves seafood and has been to quite a few seafood restaurants. Thank you Jack’s Lobster Shack for providing great food, great service at a great price!! I’ve recommended this place to my family and friends who have said the same. Next time I’ll need to get their famous lobster grilled cheese!! 😊😊😊
This place is lobster heaven, I love so many of their lobster items. We often visit the place whenever we crave for some good seafood/lobster.
Lobster Bomb is by far the most intriguing dish. Highly recommended. I love the signature lobster rolls and lobster tacos as well.
The restaurant has outstanding interior. Feels very lively with all the modern arts and decos around the store. The service is great. Plenty of parking at the backside of the restaurant.

We love this place! It’s our fourth time here, and each time we had a different dinner. Great and varied salads, veggie options, and of course the claim to fame - lobster, oyster, salmon, shrimp, scallops, crab and whatnot. The kids enjoy chicken fingers and fries, fried calamari, or just pasta... and the vibe is fun, too. Always great service. We also ordered in once and it was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Pictured is the lobster grilled cheese and the crab cake sandwich which was my order and omg! It was amazing! A great big crab cake with all crab meat no fillers on a english muffin.. it was great. Filled me up with a couple of bites i couldn't finish it. I look foward to returning👍
