Subway

I came in today for lunch and was extremely pleased with the service I received from Cam. He was very respectful and was very neat when making my sandwich. He was also very friendly and kind and made sure I was satisfied with everything. My experience today was excellent I will definitely be coming back to this location.

My kids and I Love Subway Sandwiches. But..For some reason..Everytime...Besides a Few...We have dealt with employees at THIS establishment who were NOT so Friendly! I know and understand people have Bad days. But they don't have to take it out on their Customers. I also understand it can be frustrating when Customers ask for things to be a certain way. I don't think that should matter because we, as Customers are paying for our food and we SHOULD be able to get it the way WE LIKE... WITHOUT ANYone getting mad about it! That is their JOB. If they CANT handle dealing with people, They should sit behind a desk! It is extremely frustrating and disappointing when you have bad experiences at the same place MOST of the time. This younger generation doesn't seem to have much work ethic. NOT EVERY younger person is like this...But I have seen MANY & Heard many people saying the same thing. It's sad! Hopefully one day things will CHANGE for the BETTER! I feel bad for the managers who have to deal with employees like that. Even though this subway is exactly 1 minute from our house, I will drive further to a different Subway so we can be treated they way we SHOULD BE! I'm not sure if the managers/owners see all their reviews, but I am hoping they do so they can address the issues so they don't lose Customers.

I'm not a huge "fast food" fan, but if I'm going to get some, then Subway is one of the healthier options in that category. This particular location is the one I like the best. The staff is always very friendly and the service is fast. This Subway seems to be out of most kinds of bread quite often, but that's probably because it is a busy location. Overall, if you're going to get Subway I recommend going to this location on Oaklawn Avenue in Cranston.
