I only live a few blocks away from the store: Made mobile order at 9:24pm. Arrived at 9:30 but indoor area was closed for no reason or explanation. Should be open until 10pm. Was told to wait outside for mobile order by drive through area. Waited 10 minutes then asked the attendant at the window where is my order…said they are working on it. Waited another 10 minutes then asked again where is my order. Attendant said they were out of strawberry frosty….I told them just to make chocolate. Finally after 30 minutes from my initial order did I receive my 3 frostys. Absolutely no customer service. Was never informed they were out of strawberry frosty until 20 minutes of waiting. This order should have only taken 5 minutes tops to make. Definitely avoid this restaurant.

Every Wendy's is pretty much the same with the exception of this one, the food every single time is fresh fresh, clean restaurant ,very clean, people that work there are super efficient very professional. every single time I've gotten hamburgers french fries anything from there it's been very good

Haven't had a single order completed correctly out of the last 5 times I've ordered here. Food is often cold or dry. Sometimes both. Customer service is laughable and the staff/ management doesn't take any pride in their work.

Ordered breakfast after they started to serve lunch. Mgr made our breakfast anyway. Still came out fast and was delicious.

Super sweet girl working the drive-thru that is always so friendly and polite. Definitely don't get that much nowadays at a fast food restaurant. I don't know her name, but she's great. Food is always good too 👍

Nice clean restaurant all the employees are in control although most are young adults they are all polite and respectful, no loud talking, screaming or yelling at each other the food is always fresh and hot

gave me a WHACKKKK burger with my 4for4 . Didn’t even offer me which burger I wanted either 😡
