Worst experience at a McDonald’s due to employees. Order was slightly incorrect, which I thought would be a easy fix (giving me my fries) as someone who has worked in fast food. But no, employee brings me my fries 🍟 with her hand in the back of my carton, hands touching my fries and all (no gloves). Mind you we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Asked for a new one and explained why and the lady throws the fries. Then the manager comes to ask me what happened, so I tell her, and the manager looks at me as if I did something wrong. Then asks me to pull forward and she’ll bring the fries out. The employee who threw the fries I did not want brings the fries out, does not apologize or anything, just hands me the fries. The manager should have brought them out, I don’t know what the employee could’ve did to me food on her way out as she was clearly mad I didn’t accept this unacceptable etiquette. Manager did not apologize for this experience either. Next time do it right the first time and it won’t be an issue. I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food all throughout my teenage years and some of my early adulthood and never would I do that, not even if a customer was actually being rude, etc., I would still do what I’m supposed to at the end of the day because it’s my job. Don’t like it? Don’t work there. Moral of the story, don’t play with people’s food they’re paying for. I’ll never come here again, luckily I was only passing through.

This McDonald's gets the award for worst service EVER! I waited 30 minutes in my car for my order to be brought out. Plus 20 minutes inside waiting to be acknowledged by the only customer service rep apparently working the counter. Which in the 20 minutes she barely did. One man waited 20 minutes, only to get someone else's order. A woman waited 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. She was so mad she called the customer service line, and yelled at them. Seven other people just left. And when I finally got my order, which was not in their system for some reason, the order was wrong. Absolutely worst place I've ever been to!

Terrible…just terrible. If your are hungry and want something fast then seriously drive, bike, or walk literally anywhere else besides this place because the food takes way to long to come through the window and is cold every single time. The 10 minutes spent sitting at the window watching my bagged food sit on the counter with no employee around to hand it thru is ridiculous. Cold every time.

Went through drive thru and this location clearly has an issue with cleanliness. The outside of the building is disgusting, dead flys crushed against their windows unknown residue on surfaces, glass not clean and signage a mess. Large fry was not filled and burger patties were not on top of each other.

There great during the day always great service but for the 2 past nights I’ve went it’s awful first when in drive thru at 8-9pm no one talks or goes to check on the drive thru they sit up front contour with doors locked talking to each other great customer service guys Also drinks at late hours taste awful like there being mixed with something else I ordered a DR.Pepper last night an it was like there was “lean” or something in it because I got high off a drink?? What’s going on McDonald’s?

It was horrible, I looked at my chicken deluxe sandwich. A smear of mayo in one spot, one slice of tomato and two small shreds of lettuce. Took it back and was told that is how it is suppose to be like that. Was taken back to be fixed, a huge portion of mayo was put on with another slice of tomato and a little more lettuce. I asked for the manager, was told the person who fixed my sandwich was the manager. The presentation like that was suitable from the manager, I will not be back. John Purpura
