Beautiful ambiance. Our waitress was great. Went to the ladies room to wash hands before eating an the soap was out. Told the waitress and waited in the restroom for over 5 minutes with no one coming to refill it. I ended up using the men's room. Our food was at the table by the time I returned.
The food came out quickly. The kids chicken and french fries were really good. The bread was fresh and I loved how they served it with room temperature butter. I enjoyed the cheese on the margherita pizza but the menu said marinara sauce and it came with sliced tomato, which I took off. The white clam chowder was okay. I also ordered the side of eggplant parmigiana and wasn't a fan, it wasn't bad, just didn't like it. My husband got the chicken parmigiana and he didn't like it.

Family ordered 5 sandwiches and not one of us enjoyed them, the veal parmigiana tasted like it came out of a Stouffers frozen food and that’s being kind. I don’t know how anyone could give this place a good review. I never do this but I don’t recommend that you eat here. If you can’t even get fries right there is something wrong.

Had heard great things about this place, the decor was funky the menu was large and service was good. But I was disappointed in general. First no olive oil with garlic for the bread. The food was very salty and the Marina was bland. They could be more authentic for the overpriced food.

My wife and I had takeout last night. Parking is tight, when very busy. One can park on either side of the building, but both sides of the building's parking lot aren't accessible, as you can't drive behind the back of the building to access the other side. Since the business is located at a corner, if the right side lot(going north) is full, one would need to back out onto the side street, which isn't very busy, and either wait for a spot or go to the other side. There is a traffic light to get back onto Reservoir Avenue, but then you would have to turn left, against the traffic, to gain access to the left hand lot. I would rate this place for food, service, cleanliness and efficiency about a 9.5 out of 10 as the food is excellent, ready on time, good customer service, and efficient and organized check out area. If the take out were to get busy though, the main entrance could get a little crowded, as there is no separate entrance, just for takeout, from the main dining room, which is small, and quaint. For about $45, my wife got Chicken Francaise, which was juicy, and flavorful. I had the Veal Parmagiana, which was also great , and the pasta was tender, and not overcooked. We also got 2 side salads, Italian bread, which came with the order, I rated it a 9.5 above, as they have a homemade Italian dressing up that is bomb, but they forgot to put it in the bags, which were all already knotted closed. All in all, their in dining service is candlelit, courteous waitstaff, and fair pricing. Give it a try and I think you will return for other menu selections. Happy eating, Mangia! 😁

Soup! Get it hot. Or get it to go. But get the soups - all of them! And they had my fave - lasagna (possibly better than my mothers, shhhh 😉). I was amazed to see how many people pickup to-go soup. And go ahead, ask them how many gallons of soup they send out everyday 😳🤯😋🥣
The bar was closed due to Covid but said to be opening soon!
I was lucky enough to be there for the launch of the new UNION/TabbedOut point of sale to help lower credit card processing costs so small businesses can keep more of their own hard earned money.
