If I could give no stars I would. Went to pick up my online order, when I got there I was told they canceled all the online orders cause apparently they just opened...it was 6pm at night. Looks like a high school is running the place considering how many teenagers I saw in there yelling and swearing. No one paying attention to the front counter. Plus a little kid came up to the counter asking me what I wanted to order. For one second I thought about reordering my online order. But with how I saw the place was being runned I decided it was best for my family and I to take our money else where. Was going to be our first time trying Little Caesars...we decided that we are not going back especially to that location.

Placed an order with little caesar's at 7:47pm, drove there from the next town over, since Warwick doesn't have a location anymore, waited in the lot for 15 minutes before I got an email cancelling my order. My husband goes in to see why and they said "we're closing now" mind you it's Monday at 8:15pm. Everybody else there got their food, but our order gets canceled? This is not the first time I've had an issue at this location.

This place didn't have chicken wings,I said ask the young man why,he said people around here eat lots of wings. No soda 🥤. But the pizza was great and the cheese bread awesome,the young man was very nice and pleasing 👍🏻

Just shut this place down already! Bunch of ignorant hood rats "work" there. Don't ever order online; it will get canceled and simply because they don't feel like making it. Who owns this dump? Is there even a manager? Waste of space. Let a reputable business have the location.

Staff didn't acknowledge me for about 30 seconds while they carried with their conversation and even looked at me but continued talking about whatever they were talking about as I walked in. Once they finally acknowledged me standing their patiently waited to be served, they never greeted me with a welcome, just what do U want. I ordered a deep dish pizza as advertised on the marquis outside but was tile it wasn't the $, but was $2 more. I informed the cashier that is was false advertisement but they continued to ring up the sale as $10 instead of the $8 as advertised. Never got an apology for the mix up or and thank you for visiting the location. Extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly.

OMG first time ever trying this place and was by accident too.
Pizza is nasty...the generic of the generic pizza!!!1 got beef and olives and only 3/4 of the pizza had toppings on it!!! very sad and idk how this company stays in business after reading all the reviews here.
only reason i gave it a one was because the girl behind the counter was nice and you cant give zero stars!!!

The food was good but the employees are extremely rude a man walked in behind me with his mask on his chin and the young male employee said really loud you have to wear a mask and the whole tim ed they were not wearing masks.. then they looked at me and said what do u want. Very rude

Disgusting. I had an acrylic fingernail baked into my pizza. I got melted chemicals in my mouth. Called the store and was not offered a refund or apology. Will file a complaint with the health department. Avoid this store.
