Amazing! Sal makes the absolute best food. By far our favorite restaurant around. We started with the 444 dinners and now we frequently dine there. Haven't had a bad meal ever. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

My friend and I traveled to the Coxsackie area to pay our last respects to a college friend who passed away. The night before the funeral, we found Che Figata Bistro. We received exceptional service from Tatiana and the food was phenomenal. The Bistro provides an elevated dining experience bringing a modern flair to traditional Italian favorites. The menu offers something for everyone: classic Italian cuisine, vegan options, seasonal menu items, daily specials, and surprising creations that masterfully leverage quality ingredients to produce perfectly balanced flavor profiles. I often travel between downstate and the Capital Region. I see myself planning detours in the future just so I can return! Our thanks to Tatiana and the amazing staff. We appreciate your hospitality during a difficult visit.
Great restaurant in nice location. Located right on a small strip right on the rivers edge. Inside there is a fantastic bar with a bartender that really knows how to make a drink. They have daily dinner specials as well as a pretty sizable menu so that you are always able to find a meal that will satisfy. There are also two TVs located above the bar that play sports games as well. Definitely will be coming back again.
What a great find off the beaten trail and in the historic Reed Street section on Coxsackie. Near the Hudson River and a downtown that is getting revitalized. So quaint inside and out! Food was phenomenal and flavorful.
The food and the atmosphere were great. The service got slammed with a dinner rush and had trouble turning tables in a timely manner. We waited quite a while to place our orders and eventually receive them. Once the kitchen managed to catch up, they were moving much more quickly through the rest of the evening. The food was amazing, huge portions, we'll seasoned. I had the Chipotle mayo bacon cheddar burger. My only issue was I could've done with more mayo on it. It was all so delicious.
Great service and even better food! Portions were big enough for my husband and I to share. They gave us a special dessert for my mother in laws birthday as well. That was so sweet. Everything was delicious and the location is great!

Very nice atmosphere and food was top notch. I don't think there was a dedicated bartender while we were there though, our drinks were just okay.
They have a pre-mixed José Quervo margarita mix and when my wife asked for a Patron Magarita, they just added Patron to the Quervo mix. It was not good. They did take the drink off our bill which is all I wanted and the staff was very nice about the mistake.
4/5 will definitely eat here again but will stick to wine.
It is very stylish inside and the food was delicious!! Men had surg & turf amazing!! Ladies had salads, caprese and my favorite was arugula with goat cheese, strawberry & chicken. The best rolls and butter!!
