I had a moderately large order that was taken by a polite young man.
After pulling into the designated parking spot I did receive my food minus a few items.
The staff was great. Fixed the issue and got me on my way.
Would have been a 4. I waited 20 min.

Ordered three bacon egg and cheese biscuits this morning. Got home and only had two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a sausage biscuit wrapped like it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Definitely a disappointment. I do not like sausage. Sausage biscuits only cost a dollar. So, definitely feeling a little ripped off.
From now on I will be checking the order before I leave the parking lot.

Very poor service, stale food, wrong orders, and disgusting bathrooms. I understand that this is a “fast food” joint and could possibly expect these things, however, the overall experience was absolutely terrible. We will not be going back.

Sitting in drive through waiting to order. They took 3 cars at the other lane so we drive around and went to the opposite lane and then they took two cars from the other lane before us. The wait time is ridiculous. Got breakfast earlier in the day and the order was wrong.

I literally hate the mobile app. It's easy to use but it's not convenient. Because they take forever to bring your order to your car, and they don't never have my order right.
