If you come here in the evening or late night, you will wait at minimum 45 minutes to get through the drive through. It takes them on average about 10-15 minutes per car. There’s no excuse for that. Hire more efficient workers and fire the current night manager.

Initially was kind of irritated when I discovered one of the items I paid for was missing. Luckily they promptly fixed the issue and offered a choice of a couple items as a compensation. Because I waited through the drive thru again the extra time made my family’s meal a little cold, other than that the food was good.

No customer service. The manager on duty ( Rosa) was taking orders at drive-thru. She has no customer service skills and should not even be in the customer service field. Their dining room is closed and it was not like they were swamped with customers. I was the only one in the drive-thru. Don't waste your time with this place.

Really sorry to said jack in the box team .. yesterday also same problem i order to drive thru i wait may be around 30m when i go pick up counter your 4 staff talking to together, they not working when i ask my food they asking me which food can you tell me what you order I already wait 30m then your staff asking again and making my food after 30m its very bad. And no body using gloves inside the kitchen. Thank you

We had 10 orders cashier kept saying are you done we only have 30secods and u have to leave cause I’m bymyself and you need to hurry up cause I’m busy. Hell no we left and came to McDonald’s spending more then $100 so came to McDonald’s and it was only $69.02 the customer service was so much better. If I could rate no stars then I would. Yay McDonald’s.

Updated 4/10/2022. Latest issue. I made an order for $49+. The wife went to pick it up while she was in town. Server was rude and claimed our order didn't exist, but that's not what my bank account said. They took the money, but never provided us our order and claimed it didn't exist. Glad to be out of Covington and not relying on the below average service they provide. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for an order we never received and I still have not got any assistance from any JITB employee online or otherwise.
Endless issues where app says they aren't taking orders. You click order again and it works. Other than this, they are usually great.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to argue with me that the red drink they gave me was in fact root beer? Had to exchange bags and ended Up with zero fries for multiple meals. Payed extra for curly as well. Would high suggest new window servers

After a 12 hour shift driving snow plow, I was very pleased to find this establishment operational at 1 am in the snow and ice. Not only was the food fresh but the gal at the window was very friendly. I was very happy they were able to brave the elements to come in and work.
