The manager at this location went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of. There was a little wait but Chris made it worth it! What an amazing guy!! The team at this location was pumping out drinks and having a great time while doing so. Would love for my sons first job to be like those kids. Wow 👌

I was helped by Lesley the other day and she was amazing! My chunky strawberry bowl was perfectly blended and tasted the amazing. I walked out very satisfied. The store was very clean and staff was amazing!

Excellent my 1st time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My drink was excellent and very fresh, since it was my first time the staff was very helpful on which drink I would like and they were right, I'll definitely come back

I been twice to this location and I been there for more than 30 minutes waiting on one drink and I can see employee just look at the ticket and keep on doing what ever it is that is more important that making drinks

So I order online and go in to pick up my order, there is another customer inside with no mask. The person behind the counter tells her it is fine that she is not wearing a mask and takes her order....there is a state wide mandate that we wear a mask inside public places.

I haven't been to a Jamba Juice in years. Stepped into this Covington location the other day and noticed how clean it was! The manager was on duty, a nice southern gentleman with great conversation. He made me the Ginger smoothie 🥤 I can't remember the name but wow it was amazing! He told me to try the warm pretzels. I didn't know they had food too now. I see you out here Jamba Juice!

They wouldnt let me order a shake cause they were about to start closing in 10 minutes. I just wanted a shake. Not like i was gonna get 200 shakes. Would have only taken two mins. Not sure why they would even close at 8 if they tell you to get out at 7:50 might as well lock the door at 7:30. Ive never worked a job that let me turn people away cause we closed soon lol whats that about
