nice pretty crepes! Our waitress server was Betty...fabulous attentive service. She was very busy, but always had time to be friendly & do the tiny Extras that make For good reputation! Will return!

Every to-go order we have had has had missing condiments or items but we try to give them another chance. With the mandates and not dining in (per choice) we really rely on all of our items that we paid for are in our order as if we were dining in. Shouldn't have to take our order apart in the car to know if everything is there. I'm not talking about a ketchup, im talking about the gravy for chicken fried steak and the toppings for speciality pancakes. Items were packaged upside down and we had an absolute mess to clean up before eating our cold food. Really disappointed in their service.

Food was great service wasn’t. Our waiter was rude and told us if we ordered a certain way it would be cheaper, it wasn’t. I asked for a water and he shoved it in my friends face and proceeded to put it on the edge of the table right in front of us. Also proceeded to shove our to go boxes in my friends face. Was not impressed with covington ihop tonight. :(

If you are a Pro on the Go - get a Bento Box from IHOP!!
Someone leaned into delivery and take out at IHOP. They have smartly designed Bento Style To-Go box that keeps your pancakes hot all the way home or to the office.
This location is smaller and customer service is A+!!
