Mcdonald's

I've been going to this location since I moved from TN and it was always a hit or miss but the past several months EVERY time I go it's a big miss. The food tastes like it's been sitting under a warmer for 12 hours. Everything is stale, old, and not fresh. Let's not even talk about the fries, they are complete trash every single time. Honestly all the fast food places in Covington are trash and the customer service is trash as well. Why people choose to work drive thru or fast food and have poor attitudes is beyond me. There is definitely no southern hospitality in Atlanta or the surrounding areas.

Just started working in the area best McDonald’s I’ve ever entered Ms Charlene is the best she is courteous and very polite the Store is clean very clean and the ice cream machine (WORKS) Second day getting a ice cream cone made by Will he is one of the managers At this location not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store by the way this location up holds the McDonald’s image pinnacle

Terrible service. She couldnt figure out how to remove something from my order (her mistake( and my fries were fresh vut vurger was cold. Cheese didnt even melt. I went back to xoynter to try to get them to warm it vut nobody acknowledged me so i sat back down before fries were cold too. I ALWAYS have problems at this location! I almost walked out while she was takung my order, niw i wish i had.

Absolutely terrible. I was across the street at the gas station at 1130 and saw 8 cars seemingly getting service. Wasn't even that hunger but now I'm thinking about getting just 2 little hamburgers. Googledand saw they close at midnight. I drive over and I was in line at 11:40 with 4 other cars. I heard them tell the car in front of me they don't have any burgers because they already broke the grills down and they can't do smoothies because "there's something going on" with their smoothie machine... then they said all we have is chicken. Now I'm next and already disappointed because I really don't want chicken but ok if it's all they have... now it's my turn and they tell me they're closed. It's only 1145pm. They continued to to be rude and when I asked questions like so what time do you close they answered we're closed now and I said well I thought you closed at 12 and they said we're closed and then I mentioned another McDonald's that's 7 minutes away and when I Googled it said it was open until 1230 so I asked them isthat location open, I'm not from around here and I said I don't want to drive there if they're not open and they said no no they're open they're open for a little while longer than we are. Which of course I drive the 7 minute drive just to see that that McDonald's is completely shut down even though it says it's open till 1230... this is terrible business practice. Close at 1130 if you're not going to honor your business hours.

I had family that was in drive thru about 20 mins ago this July 18 around 1:10 in the afternoon and the girl working the drive was just ignoring them and then when they said hello she started screaming you don't have to yell in my ear but she was ignoring them at first never go back there again that's the worst customer service I've ever heard of
