This KFC has really gone downhill. They’re slow and the food doesn’t seem like they care about it at all. I purchased a spicy bowl and it was so much grease inside that it didn’t look edible at all. You would think that maybe… just maybe the employee that made it would have attempted to drain it before pouring it into the bowl. I guess that would be too much like right.

Pulled up used the drive-thru. They were out of a lot of items. I got coleslaw instead of French fries but at the time I was in the middle of my long road trip and enjoyed the food they gave me. They gave me a hot chicken sandwich and that's all I really needed. I know staffing and supplies are a big issue right now, keep up the hard work and thanks for the hot food.

If you value your time please Do Not go there!!! I asked for 3-piece white meat original flavor with coleslaw. There was a wait for original so I agreed to take 2 breast and thigh crispy . I was given all thighs and mashed potatoes. There was no Mt Dew or Pepsi. More problems about the drinks but I’ll leave that out. Also asked for hot sauce etc….. none in the bag. Just stay away and go anywhere else.

Food was good. Many tables were dirty and needed cleaning at 1120am. You have to get refills at the counter because the machine is off. No napkins available. But they were open.

Large take out orders before me so I expected a long wait. The employees worked hard to get thru the orders. Impressive team work with positive attitudes. Wait was shorter than I expected.

Not very professional service. Cashier has AirPods in and states “I be jamming.” No soap in the restroom. They had no original recipe chicken. Only 3 types of fountain drinks. The fountain drink had a horrible after taste like drinking really poor quality tap water. I feel if you only have a limited selection of food to choose from, then you shouldn’t 1, be open for business or 2 offer compensation because you’re making customers choose what they’ll settle for instead of what they want.

Staff was friendly and service was quick going inside for our bucket of the Colonels crispy recipe! Family Easter outing was a hit with finger lickin good chicken from KFC!
