This was my first taste of a smoked wing "Buffalo Style". First of all, yes I was in a BBQ joint, but it didn't dawn on me to expect Smoked. There's wings all over the place here, but this was a surprise. A very pleasant one I might add. They offer regular BBQ fair, but the wings bring me back. Tender and nicely smoked.
