Little Caesars in Covington KY I Called my order in thinking it would be faster this time. told me 10 to 12 min it would be ready so I made it 18min. Get there they unorganized don't know who order or waiting for order so 8 min goes bye. Now it's my turn tell them my name to pickup order and pay took them a nother 15 min just for some cheesey bread so sad even the cashier shook her head....🤦 Little Cesar's I know y'all making money but your losing a lot more on poor service.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to the store on a Friday night, to place order. I would place it online but last time I did that they couldn't find my order, insisted another order was mine, and in the end gave me a pizza from the warmer, which was barely warm. So, I figured I wanted my order fresh, so I'd place my order in store. I understand it's busy on Friday but the cashier had no idea what she was doing. She spent most of her time wandering around looking confused. She handed out the wrong orders to the wrong people repeatedly. She took the incorrect orders. At one point they had to close the front lobby and stop taking orders because the kitchen was so backed up. The worst part was this cashier was taking back people's orders that were incorrect, putting them in the warmer, and giving them to other customers. One lady brought back her Italian cheesy bread. Said she had called over an hour ago, so the food was over an hour old. This cashier put her food back in the warmer. Finally, it was time for my food to come up after about a 35 minute wait. Then, I noticed people that came in after me and placed an in store order were getting their food. I asked her where my food was. They couldn't even find my order. I finally told them to give me my money back. They grabbed a fresh Italian cheesy bread off the line but gave me a pizza from the warmer. I asked her how long the pizza had been in there...she said it was still hot. I could have swore the pizza was in there the whole time I had waited, over 35 minutes. Just took the order because at that point I just wanted to get out of the store. I live about 30 seconds away. I got home, opened the box and the pizza crust was like hard cardboard, pizza cold. Had to trash the whole pizza, it was garbage! The cashier had lied. There was another customers name on the box. I'm assuming they gave my food to someone else. Never going to this store again. I called to request a credit, but nobody answers the phone. Y'all just lost a customer after tonight and we ate there a lot. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for food from another pizza place. Definitely don't go here on a Friday night. Corporate needs to come see this store for real.

I just called the location to get the credit they owed me on an undercooked pizza. I spoke with an African American gentlemen that said he was the manager on duty. He said he could not find my credit so I asked his GM's name & when I could reach him ??? He told me very rudely he would be in 4:30 tomorrow & when I asked his name again he said "I'm giving you hos name". I was taken back by his response so I informed him that I have been in Restaurant Management for 22 years & that was not acceptable. I then asked his name so that I could let his GM know who I spoke with & he then said "your not getting my name either, goodbye" & hung up on me 😡 Very unprofessional. I am furious at the lack of professionalism & very upset at the lack of respect !!!

Made an online order, I showed up at the store right on time , 45 long very hot minutes later I FINALLY got my food... felt bad for the lady at the counter she was slammed with at least 20 people in the very small waiting area, they really need to delete hot n ready from their slogan because it's never ready
