I came here for a friend. Nice staff, curbside pickup only. Pizza is only ever so-so. In the UK, Pizza Hut is excellent with great food and nice dine in restaurants. Here in Louisiana it's take out only, and mediocre pizza at best. I'd never spend my own money at Pizza Hut in the USA

This pizza hut is inconsistent and can never deliver consistent food quality. There service is subpar and delivery is usually not an option due to "staffing". Can't stand that they are the only pizza place that delivers to my home.

Shout out to Dennis. I ordered takeout and there was an issue with my order when I arrived. He was very apologetic and went above and beyond making sure everything was made right. Thanks for the fantastic customer service.

We paid extra for for two pan pizzas and did not receive them. All five pizzas were hand tossed. Several of our pizzas were overcooked making the crust too hard.

Check inside boxes for additional items ordered. Don't trust their word. Told me dipping sauces were inside and got home and they weren't there.

I have not ordered from there in some time. The last few times I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza they either forgot the buffalo sauce or the chicken. This time I ordered it with buffalo, chicken, bacon, and onions. And they forgot the chicken

FIX UR WEBSITE ! I ordered on the website and they took my money but the order was never placed. I had to call and place an order which it re routed me to someone who was at home with kids screaming in the background. She could barely hear me

We are loyal customers - the last several months we have had Terrible Experiences with this location. We have ordered delivery and never received it. We have been delivered the wrong pizzas. We are NEVER able to reach anyone by phone. I have even contacted customer service. We tried again recently and had a better experience with this particular location - they even delivered our pizza. We are hoping that changes have been made and additional staff has been hired! I will give this location another. Thank you for allowing me to give my feedback.
