HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, food even worse. I stopped there this evening and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no onions and a large coke. Took 10 minutes to get my food and when I got all the way home, realized they screwed it up. Onions all over it, no pickles, hard bun and rubbery meat. Cheese wasn’t even melted. I brought it all the way back to the store to have them remake it. I walked in to find one of their female workers leaning against the wall near the cash register playing or texting on her phone. I placed my bag on the counter and she rudely said, “what do you need ma’am”. I told her what was wrong with my order and asked for a replacement. She yelled to the back asking them to remake my burgers with no onions. She then told me “you don’t need to come in with an attitude” and I said “don’t f**k up my simple order and I wouldn’t have to. She said, “don’t you be talkin to me like that uh uh, no, he was back there by himself making orders”! I said, “well that’s not my problem”. She said “I ain’t never said it was yo problem, did I?” I said “well if he was back there by himself then why didn’t you get off your phone to help him”. She said in a raised and rude voice “I was on the phone with my manager”. I asked for the managers name and she told me it was Sarah and spit out the number for me to call. The manager on duty who was off the clock was called up to the front to make my order again because the replacement order was worse than the original and I asked for a fresh one. She got really angry and shouted “someone come fix this lady order cuz she wants them burgers to be fresh”. Rolling her eyes like I was the problem. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she said that there wasn’t one there. I asked for her name several times and she wouldn’t give it to me. I believe she was the manager that was on duty to take over for the one that was still there but off the clock. She was wearing a different shirt from the other employees. I am disgusted. They didn’t over me anything but an attitude.

When I tell you i have seen it all now. Let me say that the customer is not always right. The cashier should have made a fist and swung but she just smiled and politely kept on going to get the order right. Thank You For Being The Better Person. You Have My Business.

The worst experience ever at a McDonalds. Chairs in disarray, order wrong, employees including manager sitting around the dining area. Tables had not been cleaned, my wife and I had planned on eat in, order came to go. Once order got corrected we left and will not be back. If I had been corporate I would have been furious.

The McDonald's inside the Covington walmart is subpar at best. Slow service, not friendly staff, and messing up orders are all regular occurrences. I always drive three miles down the road to go to another McDonald's for breakfast because I just never know how bad this one will screw up my order.

Food could be made fresher, staff could be friendlier and move with more urgency. You get what you pay for though. Unhappy employees and rarely fresh food. At least it's fast!
