Ordered the new Detroit Style Pepperoni for $10.99. Got home and what they made definitely was not the Detroit Style. They also charged $11.99. It was the worse pizza I ever tasted and it looked like s--t! The Detroit is not supposed to be round like this one was. Pizza Hut you gotta do better than this junk.

Absolutely the worst tasting pizza ever. I went ahead and ordered cuz theyre the only pizza place that delivers to my neighborhood. Id have been better off with a frozen pizza...literally ended up throwing the entire thing away. Ill never eat pizza hut again

Worst customer service ever, not sure if had anything to do with the color of my skin. Very Rude we arrived before 8 pm and we walked in and were told that they are closed the door sign and the website say 10 pm, she was not pleasant at all. Dominoes here we come

The entire meal was inedible. The chicken wings tasted the way rubbing alcohol smells and I had drown them in my own bbq sauce to attempt to improve the taste. Pizzas were dry and tasted like they were sitting out all day, flavorless. The meal was fed to my dogs. I will never order from this establishment again.

This Pizza Hut has messed up my simple order of a plain cheese pizza MULTIPLE TIMES. If you can't make a cheese pizza correctly, you shouldn't be in the pizza business.

The wings ordered did not have ranch dipping sauce. The online system also consistently gives issues when I try to use any credits. I always end up not being able to use them and then the expire. This is what generally sends me to dominos as what is the purpose of a loyalty program when you can never use the credits. As woth this order I had to log out and order as a guest as the app kept shutting down on me when points were applied.
