Jimmy John's

I don’t frequent Jimmy Johns very often, but today that’s what I wanted for lunch. So, I drove to the location nearest me to order my food. Unfortunately, the drive thru is not available at this time due to cement work being done behind the store. I walk in to place my order and was immediately greeted with the question “Do you have a mask” not good morning sir welcome to Jimmy John’s or any other acceptable variant. I pulled my mask out of my pocket and put it on my face then proceeded to place my order. After paying for my food I received my cup and went to fill it with my preferred beverage. While I was doing this an employee decided to stop what she was doing to walk just close enough to ask me if I was feeling okay. Thinking I misunderstood her I asked her to repeat what she said, there was no mistake I heard her correctly the first time. I found the interactions I had with both employees to be extremely rude. I don’t know what customer service training you’re providing to your employees, but it needs massive improvement.

Whoever opened on 4/4/2020 had our to-go order waiting on them when they got to work. I submitted it online prior to the store opening. I called to confirm it was received and he happily told me it was, and it was already done (earlier than I selected)! Staff was very kind and smiling. It’s so nice when people are happy. Thank you to the staff from today.

Just the best. I love lettuce wraps and they are SO stuffed with toppings and SO delicious. They wrap them perfectly too! The service is always great- everyone is so friendly. Today it was all women working- so nice to see that. When I work in the area, I make a point to eat at either location in Covington since there isn't one in Slidell. JJ's is worth driving out of the way for. Recently, I took 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch to drive to them. Thanks y'all!!

I wasn't able to get her name but the lady with the afro and glasses is extremely rude i was trying to ask a simple question about the menu and yes I did pull my mask down so she could hear me and cut me off to pull it back up thats fine but when I finished asking she wouldn't answer and I dont know if she's a manager but she got into it with another employee and was very loud about it you NEVER get into an altercation with an employee in front of customers EVER absolutely unprofessional now to the young man who was running the drive thru, counter, and make line I appreciate your great service. 12/10/2020 around 6PM
