Very good menu and prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was 👍👍👍 Had the Chicken Cobb salad, French Onion Bistro Soup in a bread bowl and Prickly Pear Hibiscus Tea. I recommend both. My sister had the Cobb Salad along with turkey chili in a bread bowl. She says it is delicious. Sorry we did not take pictures.

Don't typically eat from here but I placed a large catering order for a meeting at my work and it was very good. Ordering online was super easy and they had my order ready at the time they said it would be. Only waited about a minute or so while they bagged it up. Staff was great. They had all I needed in the bags. Utensils, napkins etc.

I am DONE with Panera Bread- as much as I love the food I am done with the Covington location- they do NOT do quality check before releasing orders- if you eat the food you better eat inside or your order will 100% be incomplete- Over and over I have given them chances and they STILL never do anything right- very frustrated and wouldn't eat there if it was the last place to eat on earth...from leaving out cream cheese for a bagel to burning them to leaving out items always - see pic of burned bagel they sent out without cream cheese

Cannot believe I just spent $32 for two people to have sandwiches and tea for lunch. The meat content on this sandwich is pathetic. it's basically just cheese, meat and bread. No lettuce?

Tryed a few things at this place the best thing I have had was there soup it's been good everytime I have eaten it. Sure other people love it I am just not a fan but if you haven't tryed it go ahead you might love it

I literally got ONE tiny “bite” of bacon on mine and my husbands breakfast sandwiches which led to us just getting a refund!! For what they charge, not even putting one entire piece of bacon is beyond ridiculous!!

The Covington Panera Bread location is as good as they get! They have a friendly staff and amazing four cheese pizza that is the beat I’ve ever had. The restaurant was very clean and all COVID protocols were being implemented. I’ll definitely be back!

Love Panera bread! Kiddos like their lemonade and the soups and pastries. They have the best unsweetened black tea too! Always friendly staff!
