I live directly across the street and have visited this establishment for over 3 years, often multiple times a day. The customer service has progressively gotten worse over this time. Especially during graveyard hours. I have been over charged and had to wait until the next day to receive a refund. If you attempt to use EBT or debit the clerk will say the machine is not working. If it is working,they will not give you cash back. If you use EBT, they will charge you tax and for a bag which is ILLEGAL! If you try to pay cash using a bill over $20 they will say they don't have change. If you attempt to pay with coins they will say you must use bills. If the purchase is $1.08 and you are $0.01 short they will refuse the sale. If the purchase is $1.08 and you pay with $1 (dollar) and $0.10 (dime ) they will try to keep your 2 cent change. Overcharged for several items that are drastically cheaper than surrounding 7-11 stores. I've purchased expired milk before and was refused a refund. Store doors locked & clerk will run in rear of store for several minutes to irk you purposely. Many more unsavory experiences but there are too many to list here. I finally stopped shopping here after the 100th+ issue. This is more like an inconvenience store than a convenience store. The owner is greedy and will do anything unethical to gain an extra nickel. Needs to be audited by someone. I have also been threatened by a clerk.

Supposedly the 24-hour establishment but the employee decides to barricade himself behind the register and not let any customers in by putting a chain around the door with a padlock nice customer service. 7-Eleven you should look into who franchises your stores because they're not being well taken care of especially this one at 1275 San Bernardino in the city of West Covina

While I purchased a hotdog, 3 taquitos for the wife and a slurpee. The owner advised me that the food was buy and go. We are not a restaurant, no consuming food inside this 7-11 since we are not a restaurant. The owner owns the property. Sparkleen Laundry next door pays rent. The owner owns another 7-11 elsewhere.

I once bought a big gulp and used my own recycled big gulp cup for ice. She billed me 60¢ just for ice. If I use my recycled transparent plastic cup I'm charged $1.40 for a refill. Most other 7 Eleven's charge 99¢. I bring my insulated 7 Eleven cup 99¢ refill. This store should go back to the corporation.

Came here to get propane after being turned down by the one a block over. This 711 also had full propane in their cages and the man inside said they didnt have any and that they havent had any in 2 months. Whats going on with your propane tonight 711? Bad customer service when you have something you are supposed to be selling but decide you dont want to sell it. Ill have to come back and talk to the day time managers at this one and the one down the block

Came here get some ice cream for my son and I. I noticed there was an open bomb pop or similar to one. I mentioned it to the clerk and he just said ok. I came back later just to check if it had been removed and it wasn't. This place is not very health conscious and looks like he or 7/11 doesn't care and only wanted the sale. Not coming here anymore.
