I would not gives theses people 1 star if I didn’t have to. It took 35 min from order to food given. Hardly any workers they are doing their best with what they got but very slow.

Someone here stole my card number and tried to steal money from me. The new closing manager is a rude, disgusting person who doesn't talk and just stares at you. How can someone like this get hired?

Not a business I’ll do business with again. Spent 43.79 on dinner for my family. Asked twice if I had all the bags bc it didn’t seem correct. They assured me I had all of our order. We drive twenty minutes home only to realize they completely left out one meal. Now my husband has to go back and get this remedied WITHOUT A RECEIPT bc they failed to provide one in the bags. So now his food will be ice cold. I tried to call. Only to hear “the E Jack customer you have called is not in available ” TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Corporate will get a call tomorrow. How rude!

Go Inside pick up your mobile order is very unpredictable on night time. You'll end up waiting in the Drive-Thru for good half hour just to pick up your food.

It's 9am and their lobby is still closed. I'm being told it won't be open until 4pm because they're "understaffed". Absolutely unacceptable.
