My husband took me for lunch & I tried the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Bowl with Veggies.
It was fantastic. Jaylene and all the crew were great. Clean indoor seating & friendly service.

I was introduced with a friendly greeting right when I walked into the franchise. Misael helped me with my order and the kitchen staff had my order ready by the time I got my receipt and card back. As I was eating Misael made it his mission to make sure I had a good dining experience asking if I needed anything. Waba Grill in Covina provided the best customer service experience I've ever experienced out of any fast food chain that I've been to, from friendliness to getting my food instantly. Food was delicious as well.

Thank you to the cash register lady who was a blessing of a help with my diabetic request of no carrots, no sauce on my bowl. Thanks team you are wonderful my food was fresh, delicious and exactly what I ordered. 100 stars!

I love the waba rest close to my work in S El Monte but unfortunately this location is closed to my house. Being there a couple of times and cashiers aren’t friendly. In top they always said the scanner for the app its down. It never seems to work! Or they just don’t like customers using it. 🤨
