Bishamon Japanese Restaurant

The food is good when you finally get it. I understand that good food takes time. That's why service is so important. They had one girl in there that knew what she was doing. The other waiter was running in quicksand. Drinks late or missing. Food brought out of order or not at all. One of our 7 guests literally got his sushi when they brought me the bill!! I will never bring a big party to this restaurant. I expected a higher class of service at a Japanese restaurant.

If I could give zero star for this restaurant I would definitely go for it!! I’ve never experienced such poor customer services. When we entered, the waitress offered us either the bar or table. No one mentioned anything about booth. After waited for more than 45 minutes, we saw a booth empty and I asked a female Asian waitress about the available booth and she said booths are for reservations only. Mine you, the first waitress did not mention anything about the booths and she distinctively told me there’s no other reservations before we arrived. The Asian waitress was extremely rude. I usually don’t bother to read other’s reviews. After reading the reviews from others, I totally understand why they were upset.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. This guy Hero is literally sending business away with attitude for no reason it’s my birthday we wanted spider rolls been coming here for years must be new management I am so embarrassed he literally refused us service and wouldn’t even let us order to go. Just told us no we’re not welcome after I’ve celebrated every birthday here for 7 years
