Not as good as I remember from a few years ago. Dry burger, cold fries. And I talked someone into going there. I was embarrassed. I don't know if it's just this store or not. I know good employees are hard to find right now. Keep looking or train them better. Don't stand pat.

Usually good service and good food. Every once and a while I'll have a weird experience and they'll get my order wrong but on average good stuff and nice people.

This Jack in the box needs a different manager! They’re always closed and the manager is always so rude! They never have any signs up if they’re having problems with their system. The machine for the shakes never work. Always have rude service from there.

Order made incorrectly. Order 2 bacon double sourdough patty melt combos with no mayo. Recieved 2 bacon SINGLE sourdough patty melt combos with mayo. The mayo I can understand, but the missing patties? Really? Very displeased with the error. Make sure to check your orders while you are still there people. Not much focus on accuracy at this location.

Don’t bother coming here all of the food is very underwhelming. Go to the one on citrus and rowland, at least there your cheese will be melted.

Would not give a SINGLE STAR if it was possible.
Sabrina was rude at the drive thru. She gave me a shake with whipped cream foamy and looked nasty, she specify she did not know how old it was. She rushed my ordered and messed up order 2 times. And still ended up with a messed up order so left.
Sabrina was rude and did not want to make a scene or hold up the drive thru line. My wife called and sabrina was being rude again, she kept saying "she was in charge at the moment and asked if we just called to bug her and waste her time"
