This is a great location, despite some of the nearby roadwork. The staff was very friendly and the seating area was larger than expected. It's in an area where I grew up, and it was nice to sit and reminisce about my time here. I recommend it highly.

This Dunkin was really clean. I had to use the bathroom and that was also very clean. I wanted to order a Glazed donut and they were all out so that was a little disappointing. My iced coffees were delicious and made perfectly.

Great for coffee, not great for food. The coffees and donuts are some of my favorites to get, but usually only if I have a gift card. The food is very expensive at times, charging about $4-5 for the cheapest sandwich they have.

Tasha and Heather are Great. My wife always gets a large hot vanilla chai with extra mix. But , most places we go make her feel like she's a giant pain in the a$$ for ordering it or they make it wrong. The Shopper's Park Dunkin in Coventry is our go to because of Tasha and Heather. We often pass a half dozen other Dunkins to go there. There are many days on my way home from work I pass a half dozen Dunkins, drive past my house after working 10 hours just to see the two of them.
