Great service from our waitress Megan. Our omelettes and french toast slam was very good hot and cooked to perfection. Love the resturant and staff.
I couldn't have asked for better service on such a busy day. I had a awesome free breakfast this morning with my family on Veterans Day. It was so packed and our wait was only like 5 minutes. Once seated our waitress was so nice. Our drink order taken right away and then food order taken. Our waitress made my Veterans Day an exceptional one. This Veteran wants to Thank You Denny's Crew in Coventry,RI. You made my day
This time was the first I've had their French toast and it was delicious. Our server was fantastic. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name.
I've seen very mixed reviews about here, but I had a pleasant experience on a busy Saturday morning with my family.
My service was really good I had a super polite waitress names Stephanie, I told the General Manager how nice and professional I thought she was and he seemed indifferent to the praise. Maybe the dip in service and some of the poor reviews are a contribution to this? Good waitresses leave and the lackluster ones stay?
Just went to Denny's. Had their pancakes. Thought they were great! They changed the recipe and it was really delicious. They also have great sugar free syrup. Our waitress, Michelle was excellent even though the place was packed. Not usually a fan of Denny's, but you have to try the pancakes. They also have flavored creamers for their coffee. Nice touch!
This has been our staple go to Dennys for some time. And the reason for that is the seasoned wait staff. They are personable, down to earth, and so attentive. When you become a regular they will pull up a seat and have a friendly chat, ask how things are and just leave you with a good impression. The food is always cooked right and if they do happen to forget something they are right into of fixing it. It is clean and always friendly!
We got the friendliest and efficient waitress named Katie at Coventry Denny's. She gave us hot water when asked for, she took our orders and gave good suggestions, offered what topping could be on the side, handled all special requests without any error. Offered for hot water refill even before I could ask for. I totally forgot about kids eat free on Tuesday, and she included that in the bill even before asking. It was a perfect New year's Eve. Flawless service.
If you know what you're getting into (homestyle American food, family-friendly atmosphere, open 'round the clock), Denny's is awesome. Especially this one. I've been here a few dozen times over the years, because I've never had a bad experience here. This one is cleaner, has faster & friendlier service, and is usually less crowded than the other Denny's in the state. If you're around here late night, they'll take good care of you.
It's a great place to grab a quick sit down meal for a good price. They have options from $2 and up for something small. The service is usually good. The one thing I notice every time that I don't like though is it always seems to feel cold so I end up leaving my coat on. Great place overall.
Had a crazy idea top take the kids out for breakfast at 3am. We haven't dobut this in quiet some time. Honestly have no complaints. We were quickly seated, waitress came right over. Drinks came shortly after. Food order was placed at that time, came to the table not even 10 minutes. 2 adults 2 children. My husband's late was huge for only $5.99 the grand slam I believe it's called. I ordered the veggie skillet which was amazing. Daughter had the salted caramel pancake just pancake not the meal. My son had mac n cheese of course lol. He isn't a breakfast person to say the least. Bill was under $37, without tip. Was a great fun adventure at 3am. Kids can't wait to go back!
What a totally wonderful experience here at Denny's Diner! 🍳🥞🥓☕️Excellent food and tip top service! Our waitress, Michelle is the most awesome lady and provided excellent service and has such a wicked sense of humor!! 🤣😂 What a great visit and before our vacation ends in Rhode Island, we will be back for breakfast in Michelle's section! Love this girl! ❤️
This place is awesome. We came here on a whim and we're very glad we did.
Our waitress Theresa is definitely an asset to this resaurant. She interacted with every person like we were family. Very welcoming. She ran around like crazy but was,always on target.
