Awesome place, like stepping back in time. The food was great the service was great. We had the grandkids so I only got to listen to the band for a second but they were top-notch, especially the pedal steel player. Will be going back

Medium ribeye perfectly seasoned,the fries and the mashed potato were delicious. Honky tonk vibes with great music. Very polite waitress and staff.

These folks have been on fire with the acts they’ve been getting. From familiars like Neil McCoy and Pat Green to damn good acts like Charley Crockett and Corb Lund. Excellent dance floor filled with seemingly experts. Only disclaimer is that they can sometimes run out of Lone Star.
Can’t recommend a night out at Coupland highly enough.

We attended the Kevin Fowler concert on New Year’s Eve and we were very pleased with our experience. We started out in the restaurant with a rib eye, which was cooked EXACTLY as I requested, and it was excellent. We then enjoyed a great concert by Kevin Fowler!! The staff is always top notch and friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. We have been to Coupland with lots of shows recently and we noticed whether is busy or slow at the bar, the bar staff always handles everyone with a smile and works their rumps off. Thank you Coupland Dance Hall - staff for all your hard work and taking such great care of us. You are our favorite dance-hall in Central Texas area. Thank you for keeping Small Town Country Bars alive!!! :-)

Friendly and helpful staff, cold beer, good atmosphere. The food is good but portions way too small for the price. Place could use some freshening up, not change its historical uniqueness.
