Other than the extremely rude girl with a bridge piercing. Who commented "it's a good thing I'm wearing a mask because I always forget to smile" it was a good experience. The other workers were friendly and didn't act like they wanted harm to come to the customers the way she did.

I gave this place 4 stars based on my experience with other White Castle locations.
The food was as expected and consistent with other locations. The 1921 burger is my new favorite and it's tasty. Also, I'm a fan of the WC onion rings!
The staff at this location seems to be friendly than other locations I've been too. Not that I'm complaining about the service at other locations. They just seem to be happier here.
The atmosphere was a bit lacking. It's really small inside and the layout is a bit different but hey, take it with a grain of salt. It's not like I expected a fine dining experience with white tablecloths.
I like this White Castle location.

A fine white castle. I have yet for them to mess up an order in the drive thru. The food quality is: white castle. They are usually pretty quick in preparing your food.

Just one of many White castles I have visited over the years just like McDonald's they stay consistent with the quality of their food I really like the jalapeno cheeseburgers sliders.

I had 3 double cheeseburgers after a Chicago Wolves game (out family tradition) and they were fantastic. They looked so perfect like in the pictures fluffy bread etc.

The one on Lagrange Road in countryside is one of the best. The staff is sweet as can be. So fresh and tasty. #1 in my book

Eh, just not as good as other locations. First and only time I've been here. The new, throwback burger was not worth trying.
