I have yet to leave this restaurant and say to myself " wow I can't wait to come back ". First of all my wife enjoys eating here so I tag along to keep peace in the family, it's just not a choice I would make for myself. I will say we have always had good attentive service. The salad bar is ok but not well stocked and prices seem reasonable.

Where to start: I’m giving two stars because the wait did offer to fix it the issues. Salad bar literally had decaying vegetables for human consumption. When cucumbers become translucent it’s because it’s being to breakdown and decompose. The “greens” were browning, and wilted; usually indicative of being warmed and cooled multiple times. The silverware given to my table had a huge soap film...I rubbed my finger off to give contrast to the amount of soap on the utensil. This earned them the poor review...and then the food came out...the pond of grease that floated on top of the Shepard’s pie was resembled the flooded streets of New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina...and if there was any more Cajun seasoning on my entire I could scrapped it off with a spoon. Again, the waitress did offer to remake everything and to restock the bar, but why would I want to wait for that. Disappointing to say the least.

Service was great but food wasn't! Our waitress was very friendly and accurate, great service is always appreciated! We got the sampler appetizer and the cheese was clumpy and cold. The salad bar was terrible, the veggies were semi frozen and the sliced apples were sour everything at the salad bar tasted off. The burgers were okay but I ordered medium and they were definitely done.

My wife and I went for lunch, I had the 8oz sirloin with their grilled zucchini and the broccoli. I order my steaks rare and usually get it over cooked. It was cooked just right. I also had the salad bar, which is why I went, and it was good. Nothing that looked like it was funky, everything on the bar was fresh. It looked good. My server was friendly and helpful. My wife ordered just French fries, which came out good. I will go back. My only critique is the the table nagahide cloth/cover was ripped and should have been replaced.

We want to like this restaurant, but the last three times we've been there, the food just wasn't good. The salad bar was a mess. The waitress was nice and attentive, even though she was clearly too busy. It seems like the management isn't able to plan properly for the customers. Hopefully someone will get in there and get things back to where they were several years ago.
