Kelly, the main server is fantastic!! She always greets us with a smile and remembers our drink orders!! The food is great and the buffet is always fresh!! I love this place.
Great Food, Friendly & Prompt service. My Grandfather was good friends with Tom Moy, and it was the first restaurant he brought us to when we moved here from Germany. I was very unfamiliar with Cantonese Cuisine at my age, so I asked if I could order a ��. Tom laughed and made me feel welcome & offered some suggestions that turned out delicious. I grew up eating it, and when I moved away I never realized I was comparing all foods alike to Tom Moys recipes. So when I returned to my old stomping grounds I had to stop in for Nostalgic purposes, now with my kids, and realized the flavors my palate & heart had been searching for all along. Although Tom Moy has passed and is deeply missed it is still family run and a great childhood friend is the server there, still such a great experience, great price, I still leave there with a full belly & a full heart. ��
You can't beat this place for an awesome lunch at an excellent price. Friendly waitress makes it even better.

Our family has always loved Tom Moy's. After moving away from Cottage Grove after 37 years, come back often to enjoy the best Chow Mein, fried rice and Sesame Chicken. Recommend it highly.

When I lived in Cottage Grove I'd get it quite often. But now that I live in northwestern Wisconsin I only get it once in a while, when I'm down in the cities.

Tom Moy is a nostalgic CG experience. The folks in Cottage Grove grew up knowing and loving this food and we stand by it (myself for 30+years) zealously! Best wontons with sweet and sour sauce, and a buffet that beats all! Don't forget to read your placemat to find out in which year you were born while you order and rub your chopsticks together in preparation to consume, as far as Cottage Grovians are concerned, the only Chinese restaurant that gets it right!

Always fast and wonderful service, fresh food, and the BEST around! The food is always excellent. They have the best fried rice, egg foo yung, chow mein, and lo mein around. The owners are original, and they are always welcoming and personable. They always make a special order for our 6 yr old of broccoli since he was very young. They go out of their way to ensure you get what you ordered. I've been eating here for 40 years, and will continue to as they can't be beat! The attached pics are half my order of the #3 cashew nut chow mein combo..
We love it here we've been going here for 18 years or more we signed a papers so they could stay where they were before and they had to move where they are now ... we followed them along with everyone else did .................. kwe love them we come all the way from Oakdale and we tell all our FREIND

Best ever. Consistent quality and taste. I have never had a bad dish in 40 plus years! Sweet and Sour sauce alone is worth the visit- Fantastic! Hopefully dine in will be coming back.
