Mi Pueblo

This is bar none one of the best Mexican restaurants in Sonoma County. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The portions are extremely generous. The menu is extensive with pricing pretty on par with other places. They do add 20% service charge for parties of six and above. They also do birthday celebrations with a treat and happy birthday song.

Food was great and plentiful! Ordered a combo plate of Enchilada, Taco, and Tamale and the Alambre. Huge plate of steak and chorizo topped with veg and cheese with refried beans, rice, avocado, lettuce and tomato for Alambre all went together with some corn tortillas. Chorizo added good smoke and flavor without being overpowering or spicy, a dish I'd order again. Shredded chicken enchilada had plenty of flavor, tamale had good ratio of delicious pork filling to masa, and the carnitas taco was the bomb. Acoustics of the room make it a little noisy, I had a little hard time understanding our waitress as she was describing and recommending drink options during a busy time. But no issue talking with each other in the booth.

I went to pick up take out today. I had surgery yesterday and I can’t use my right arm. I came in and asked to eat in they accommodated me cut my burrito in 1/2 I asked Lorena if she could put my hair in a Ponytail and she did. Then Chris put on my watch. I love them, so warm, kind, service minded and the food so good. Thank you very much. You really touched my heart today.
