This place is great, and has plenty of parking. They have a good number of inside seats as well as a couple benches outside. The coffee is great and the staff is very friendly, they also offer some pastries.

The avocado toast here is the best I’ve ever had and they use very good coffee beans. Vibe is laid back and the baristas were super friendly. Parking is a nightmare, lot is very small but it’s worth parking a block down and walking for.

the parking situation can be tough as there aren't too many spaces available after breakfast time but we were lucky somebody was leaving as we arrived. the barista was very nice and attentive when taking our order but i didn't catch his name. the menu is small but plenty of options at the same time so you won't feel overwhelmed. i noticed the almond milk and the flavor for coffee were made in house which was a huge plus and tasted great. the space inside and out looked like a ton of people were using it for work meetings or studying. we wanted to purchase a pastry as a dessert but decided to save it for our next visit because we're definitely going to return.

Cute coffee shop with nice staff. limited parking so walk if you can. I had an oat milk latte and 1/2 order avocado toast after yoga! The toast is well worth it and coffee is great. 2nd time here now!

Neat and cozy. Excellent coffee. I would come back for their avocado toast one of the best. The cold brew was amazing as well as their cappuccino. But they don't have %2 milk and they need to add more options in the sandwiches menu

Neat coffee is one of those coffee shops where you walk in and it feels like you’re meeting your friends in their home. The baristas are nice and helpful. They genuinely love to chat with you. They make great recommendations and encourage you to try something out of your comfort zone. Great neighborhood coffee shop. I’ll always drive out of my way for them.

I cannot wait to visit Neat again! My husband and I loved our experience here. I got the iced matcha latte with their homemade almond milk. Coffee shops that make their own nut milk always stand out to me because it takes extra effort and just makes the drink SO much better tasting. :) The staff was super friendly and I loved the indoor / outdoor feel of the space.
