El Pollo Loco is my favorite fast food place. Every time I see it I stop by. Its very delicious and fresh. You can see chickens being cooked right there. I love it for a simple menu with real not fake products like in the similar other places. You know what Im talking about. Its hard to find a good fresh fast food this days. Very nice people work here. Clean. Great! Thank you!

This location was amazing. The customer service was excellent for a fast food restaurant. I was not rushed when ordering and was able to take my time. Cashier had extra coupons and offer them to me to help make my food choices a little better price wise. The food was hot and fresh tasting. Chicken was not burned but actually cooked. The chicken tacos were nice and full of chicken meat, making for a nice filling taco. The churros I had were fresh but colud have had more cinnamon/sugar on them. But overall A great eating experience that is well worth the visit.

The only complaint would be that the app has conflicting offers.. when you earn a discount, it doesn't allow you to apply to pickup orders only walk in

Excellent chicken, green salsa is amazing, nice salads too. I like to combine the Maci-cheese with the broccoli. And I ALWAYS ask for JUICY Chicken. Because like anywhere, if you order between 1&4pm it could be a bit over done.
Ample parking, quick Service, clean restrooms I can always be sure of these.

This is a great location... Quick service and good music to listen to while you eat😀, alternating between English and Spanish language pop.
Tried something new, the chicken nachos on the $5 menu. Delicious queso sauce, pinto beans and fresh chicken make this a winner!
