Love that Panera has a coffee subscription for $8.99 a month for unlimited coffee for the month. They have really good hazelnut coffee. Can't go wrong with it. Plus you can come back every 2 hours for more hot or cold coffee and also hot tea.

Amazingly friendly staff. I get my ice coffee here a few times a week (coffee subscription is an amazing deal) and occasionally breakfast as well. The staff is super friendly and one particular member started greeting by name when she sees me. It’s definitely a nice way to start a long day: a cup of Joe and a nice friendly face.

It is more expensive for a reason. The portions may be smaller but the food is quality and excellence personified. Delicious smoothies and unique teas! My favorite sandwich: The Caprice, I think it's called. (I know it when I see it on the menu) Whenever I want to splurge on myself a little, I go here.one small quibble, the web site (at least on my phone) is a bit frustrating to navigate AND you have to make sure you go to the .com website. If you just click on the Bing search it takes you to a limited offerings website. Yeah...it's weird.

We love Panera and get take home lunch about once a week. John picked it up and the squash soup was excellent. John had a half steak and cheese sandwich which he also enjoyed. His bear claw pastry was not up to some of the other pastries we've enjoyed. It was a delicious lunch over all and we will be back!!

Good service for a fast food style restaurant. I ordered my soup with bread, but I got soup and chip instead. I asked one of the lady that I didn't order chip and I wanted bread instead. She told me that they ran out of bread. No big deal, I worked in a restaurant so I understand that kitchen staff and waiter miscommunicate all the time when an item is 86. She returned to me with a bottle of lemonade and insisted me to take it. I didn't expect much from a fast food, but that was really nice of her. The soup was creamy, the chip was crunchy, the drink was nice, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, I had a good time and I definitely would eat here again.
