I ordered a shake and a sundae via the app and paid in advance including a tip. Turns out their ice cream machine is broken and they refused to give me my money back. They also made us sit there almost 30 minutes before letting us know.

Slow service. After waiting 10 minutes, and watching the waitress stop at the wrong car two times, she brought out 3 shakes and said their ice cream machine broke so they didn't bring the hot fudge sunday. They shouldn't let you order something they can't make...

Waited at the car hop sire for too long, so used the drive thru. Was excited to stop, since most of the locations in our area have osed. Not as good as it used to be.

The shake was great except they were out of bananas so I got a chocolate instead. The chicken strip were overdone and dry and the tatortots were overcooked and hard,not crispy. The toast wasn't the best either. Don't know if I will go back there.

The food is good. The service was nice. The chili cheese tater tots leave a lot to be desired though....

This place is such a fail I purchased drinks waited for about 20 to 30 minutes they said they were going to be closing , well I didn't know and I was waiting for my drinks.so I just asked for my refund. BUT I NEVER GOT MY REFUND!! Yep tried calling twice.they just make excuses. you just lost a customer.

I was just in here and they were busy, and they had signs all over that said they were understaffed.
They Forgot part of my order and when we went back to get what was forgot, we left and still the order was wrong.
